We are sad to announce that on September 10, 2021, at the age of 74, Kenneth Phillips (Concord, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Franklin Phillips and Christine Jarvis Phillips; and his brother Ray Garrett. He is survived by : his sister Diane Garrett Shue (Walter) of Concord. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and a host of close friends.

Due to Covid-19 considerations, the family will have a private graveside service at Oakwood Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Boys & Girls Club of Cabarrus County, 247 Spring St. NW, Concord, NC 28025 or to the Cabarrus Dream Center, 280 Concord Parkway S., Ste 110, Concord, NC 28027.
