She was predeceased by: her parents, John Craig Russell and Joy Eileen Russell. She is survived by: her husband Theodore Lamar Kynard, Jr.; her children, Alyssa Danielle Kynard, Gabriel Joseph Kynard and Matthew Lee Kynard; her brother Jeff Russell; her sister-in-law Theresa Russell; her niece Vanessa Lester; her great-nephew Caden Becker; her brother Jim Russell; and her nieces, Brandi Russell and Amber Russell Quarandillo.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Hickory Grove Baptist Church (7200 E W. T. Harris Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28215). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at the Carolina Memorial Park (601 Mt Olivet Rd, Concord, NC 28025).
