She was predeceased by: her parents, William Edward Swann and Ruth Inez Swann; her husband William Alfred Shelton; and her brother Lewis Arnold Swann. She is survived by: her children, Megan Shelton of Charlotte, NC and John Shelton (Lynn) of Concord, NC; her grandchildren, Grace, Shelton, Kyle, Laci and Jack; her brother Eddie Swann (Linda) of Mills River, NC; and her sister-in-law Jeanette Swann.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord (460 Branchview Dr NE, Concord, NC 28025). Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
