She is survived by: her son David Eugene Mcintyre of Winston-Salem; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Nalbone, Rick Shaffer, Randell Shaffer, Krista Vick, Jamie Lovington, Andy Mcintyre and Aubri Mcintyre.
