It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Shaw of Concord, North Carolina, who passed away on January 20, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis J. Barnes and Lois S. Barnes. She is survived by: her husband Worth Shaw; her children, Debbie Bradley (James) of Summerville, SC, Sherry McDonald (Sam) of Sanford, NC and Van Shaw (Taina) of Concord, NC; her grandchildren, Hannah, Madison, Adam, Meredith, Zachary and Joshua; and her sisters, Carolyn Britt of Lumberton, NC, Mona Davis of Evergreen, NC, Jewel Byrd (Charles) of Nebraska and Gloria Butler of Hope Mills, NC.. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
