He was predeceased by: his parents, Eleanor Wineman Urbanski and Eugene "Gene" Urbanski; and his sisters, Marsha Lynch and Vickie Lynch. He is survived by: his daughters, Amelia Urbanski of Boston, MA and McKenna Urbanski of San Francisco, CA..

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorials be made to the Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Program at Salisbury-W.G. Bill Hefner VA Medical Center, 1601 Brenner Avenue, Salisbury, NC 28144, which supports veterans recovering from addiction.
