He was predeceased by: his father John Edward Devine. He is survived by: his sons, Jon Michael Devine (Veronica) of Concord and Nicholas Devine of Concord; his sister Kate Williams of Concord; and his grandchildren, Emily Devine, Grace Devine, Claire Devine, Joel Devine and Lydia Devine.
