He is survived by: his children, Angela Morris Broadway (Alex), Jeffrey Morris, Harold Helms Jr. (Donna) and Christopher L. Helms (Jean); his brothers, Jerry Morris and Ronnie Lane Morris (Susie); and his grandchildren, Michelle Helms Hiller, Phillip Helms, Stephen Love, CJ Helms and Bradlee Helms. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Wilkinson Funeral Home (100 Branchview Dr NE, Concord, NC 28025). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 2:45 PM to 3:15 PM at the West Concord Cemetery (331 Union Cemetery Rd SW, Concord, NC 28027). A burial was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 at 3:15 PM at the same location.
