He was predeceased by: his father James Clayton Dixon. He is survived by: his wife Janet Dixon; his children, Patricia Mason (David), Jonathan Gerhard and Jesse Carter (Kristen); his grandchildren, Dixie Rose Mason, Robert Mason, Alex Van Schaffel, Elizabeth Gerhard, Izabella Gerhard, Jesse Carter Jr. and Kate Carter; and his brothers, Richard Dixon (Jane) and Michael Dixon (Lisa).
