Toughill; his wife JoAnn Toughill of Concord; his children, Nicole "Nikki" Ann Toughill of Concord, Jacob Matthew Toughill of Thailand, Nathan Lee Tate of Concord and Scott Emig of Concord; his sisters, Loretta "Lori" Ritorto (Rocky) of Simpsonville, SC, Bethany Toughill of Pittman, NJ and Jennifer Toughill of Marlton, NJ; and his pets, Roo and Remi.
