He is survived by: his siblings, Wylie "Rody" Carland (Marie) of Concord, NC and Freida Lingerfelt of Concord, NC.; and his nieces and nephews, John Towe (Tammy), Matthew Carland (Jennifer), Sommer Harris and Kimberly Waisner (Matthew).
