We are sad to announce that on December 17, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Irene Bratton of Concord, North Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Goldie Belle Love Motley and John James Motley; and her husband Franklin Jackson "Jack" Bratton. She is survived by: her children, Harriett B. Troutman (Barry) of Concord and Eric Bratton (Jo Ann) of Concord; her grandchildren, Amanda Bratton (Matt), Brian Troutman (Elizabeth) and Kathryn Troutman (Chip); her great grandchildren, Graham, Reid and Caroline Troutman; and her close friends, Rita Bratton, Dixie Landreth and Laura Werner. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Oakwood Cemetery (471 Church St N, Concord, NC 28025).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Opportunity House of Concord, 72 Corban Ave SW, Concord, NC 28025, or to Hospice & Palliative Care of Cabarrus County, 5003 Hospice Lane, Kannapolis, NC 28081.
