Hazel Barnette Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Barnette of Concord, North Carolina, who passed away on November 23, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Hazel Barnette to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her father Luren "Lury" W. Wiggins; her siblings, Kathleen Bustle, Ruth Beard, Ruby Little, Calvin Wiggins and Bill Wiggins; and her grandson David Barnette.
She is survived by: her husband Hughie M. Barnette; her children, Allen (Peggy) of Leland, Michael of Raleigh, Paul (Mary) of Abbington, VA, Patricia Putnam (Ed) of Charlotte and Bonnie Hutchins (Kermit) of Cherryville; and her sister Suggie Christenbury of Concord. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
