He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Thomas Faggart and Alberta Welch Faggart. He is survived by: his wife Betty Brown Faggart; and his children, Bettina Hammond (Leon) of Concord, NC and Dr. Cecil Brown (Faye) of Concord, NC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Concord Christian Center (265 Manor Ave SW, Concord, NC 28025). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Va National Cemetery (501 Statesville Blvd, Salisbury, NC 28144).
