He is survived by: his children, Gerald (Carol), Carla, Candice (Brian), Lauren (Terry), Missy (Josh), Priscilla, Kimberley (John), Kelly (Zack), Ashlyn and Thomas; and his sisters, Jan Mayhew (Bruce) and Iris Faye Rushing. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
