It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gene Allen Webb of Concord, North Carolina, who passed away on September 11, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Robert Webb and Martha Malenda Webb; and his grandchildren, Tyler Smith and Amanda Smith. He is survived by: his wife Katherine C. Webb of Concord, NC; his sisters, Mary and Shirley; his children, Dawn Webb, Melissa Steen, Tim Webb and Christopher Lee Sedgwick; his grandchildren, Benjamin Steen, Rebecca Steen, Charles Treece, Sklya Smith and JT Webb; his close friend Louie Riggs; and also, Doug and Brenda Bundy. He is also survived by six greatgrandchildren.
