She was predeceased by: her parents, Edith Craver and Addison Craver; her husband Philip Koob; and her siblings, Eugene Craver and Lois Bennett.
She is survived by: her sister Ruth Pasquale of Vestal, NY; her children, Diana Cortright (Roy) of Concord, Michael Koob (Laura) of Asheville, Steven Koob of Raleigh, NC, Vincent Koob (Lisa) of Mt. Pleasant and Timothy Koob of Concord; and her extended family, Karee Koob, Jennifer Koob and Linda Smith. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wilkinson Funeral Home (100 Branchview Dr NE, Concord, NC 28025). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 12:15 PM to 12:45 PM at the St. James Catholic Church Cemetery (2323 Gold Hill Rd, Concord, NC 28025).
