She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Miller and Leavie Nelms Miller; her husbands, Dub Matthews and Don Bedford; her sister Mildred "Mickey" Robinson; her niece Pam Sherrill; and her nephew Scott Robinson.
She is survived by: her children, Dan Matthews (Martha) of Concord and Judy Teal (David) of China Grove; her grandchildren, Trevor Matthews (Ashleigh), Patrick Matthews, Jason Matthews (Stephanie), Stephanie Teal, Dave Teal, Connie Parker (Shawn) and Tanya Teal (Casey); her great grandchildren, Landon, Gage Teal, Kali Walters and Evelina Matthews; and her niece Vickie Cooper.
