Feliz of Manhattan, NY, Kurt Foster (Alina) of Concord and Helmut Foster (Jeanet) of Indian Trail; his grandchildren, Naomi, Noely, Ashley Feliz, Salma Garcia, Aneska and Anthony Foster; and his brothers, Rafael Tejeda (Juana) of Long Island, NY, Milot Matos of Long Island, NY and Henry Pena (Altagracia) of Long Island, NY. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
