She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Henry Shinn, Sr. and Annie Mae Bottom Shinn; and her siblings, Mary Stanback, James Shinn, Johnnie Shinn and Willie Shinn.
She is survived by: her daughters, Monica McKenzie of Concord, NC, Crystal Dublin (James) of Concord, NC and Deloris Morrow (Victor) of Concord, NC; and her siblings, Gwendolyn Weeks (Joe), Evelyn Stokes, Linda Shinn, Lucille Bell, Dorothy Norris, Clyde Shinn, Fred Shinn, Jr. and Billy Shinn. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Due to Covid-19, masks are appreciated if worn in all services.
