She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Elizabeth Fisher Propst and Ben Barringer Propst; and her husband Robert "Bobby" Biggers. She is survived by: her children, Beth Fitzgerald (Scott) of Thomasville, Rob Biggers of Concord and Ben Biggers (Julie) of Concord; her sisters, Julia Lanter (Paul) and Jane Craver (Bub); her grandchildren, Chad Biggers (Brooke), Allyson Hill (Lucas), Blake Biggers, Lizzie Fitzgerald (Reid) and Garrison Fitzgerald; her great grandchildren, Abigail and William Hill; and her pet Jazzy. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mt. Pleasant Animal Rescue, PO Box 1076, Mt. Pleasant, NC 28124, in honor of Elizabeth's love for animals.
