He was predeceased by: his father Baxter Junior Starnes. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Drye Starnes of Concord; his sister Barbara Blankenship (Randy); his nephew Mark Hunter (Amanda); his nieces, Caitlin Blankenship (Daniel) of Augusta, GA and Emily Tyler (Max) of Augusta, GA; his cousin Jackie Aldridge of Concord; and also Kimmie Williams (Bobby) of Kannapolis. He is also survived by his family and friends.
