He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ludwick Church; his sons, Darryl Church and Eddie Church (Donna); his grandchildren, Breanna Church (Ashley) and Mackenzie Holm (Zack); and his sister Rachel Rydell (Teddy). He is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews.
