She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Washington Hough and Julia Lucille Morris Hough; her husband Charles Benjamin Correll, Sr.; her siblings, Helen Ballard, Hazel Pinnix and Charles Henry Hough; and her close friend Mack Greene.
She is survived by: her children, Shirley Helms (Larry), Shelia Varnadore (Tommy) and Charles Correll, Jr. (Wanda); and her grandchildren, Steven Helms (Laura), Mark Starnes, Timisha Whitley, Jennifer Dean (Brian), Benjy Correll (Susan), Amanda Phillips (Bobby), Jonathan Starnes and Kelly Mitchell (Todd). She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
