She was predeceased by: her father Ray Weldon Threadgill; her husband Bruce "Butch" Edward Helms, Jr.; and her brother-in-law Danny Taylor. She is survived by: her mother Margaret Lee Threadgill of Concord; her sons, Dustin Helms (Jessica) and Darrell Helms; her grandchildren, Zach, Caiden, Paisley, Bentley, Nevaeh, Garrett and Dylan; and her siblings, Ray Threadgill (Rhonda), Dianne Taylor, Mike Threadgill (Dianna) and Wayne Threadgill (Pam).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Gordon Heights Baptist Church (510 State Hwy 49, Concord, NC 28025). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
