Dixie Ross Cafferty Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dixie Ross Cafferty (Concord, North Carolina), who passed away on March 4, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack D Ross and Virginia D Ross; and her son Douglas Ross Cafferty. She is survived by: her husband John D Cafferty; her daughters, Sandra C Hurlocker (Tim) and Jennifer J Cafferty; her brother David D Ross (Debbie); her grandchildren, Kelby Hurlocker, Madelyn McFaddin (Daniel), Garrett Hurlocker (Katelyn), Kenzie Bickerstaff and Jack Bickerstaff; her great grandchild Liam McFaddin; and her pet Sydney. She is also survived by her grandchildren and most recently her first great grandchild.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Cold Springs Global Methodist Church (2550 Cold Springs Rd, Concord, NC 28025). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family would request that memorials be made to Cold Spring Global Methodist church building fund.
