With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dennis W. Murr of Concord, North Carolina, born in Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on May 9, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis William Murr and Mary Dorothea Murr; and his wife Doris Jean Murr. He is survived by: his children, Terry Townsend (Daniel), Jennifer Blake (Michael), Julie Sides (James Wellons) and Douglas Murr (Emily Pugh); his sisters, Patty Birchler, Gale McCauley and Phyllis Algeier; his grandchildren, Kristen Blake, Amber Sides, Aaron Townsend, Sara Blake and Ava Sides; and his great grandchild Maeve Cohen.
Memorials may be made to St. James Catholic Church in his name.
