She is survived by: her children, Milly Carter of Concord and Troy Carter of Concord; her grandchildren, Tori Carter of Georgetown, Taryn Carter of Georgetown, Shelby Carter of Columbus and Chaz Carter (Kelly) of Okeechobee, Florida; her great grandchild Izeck Carter; and her brother David Wells (Jo) of Morehead. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; other extended family; and friends.
