He is survived by: his parents, William McElveen (Bill) and Carol McElveen; his wife Tamara McElveen; his children, Mason McElveen (Cameron), Saxon McElveen and Hailey Ellis; his siblings, Miriam Robinson (Calvin) and Gregory McElveen (Lisa); and his parents-in-law, Ronald and Sandra Ellis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
