He was predeceased by: his parents, David B. Crosland, Sr. and Lillian Morris Crosland Southerland; his wife Anne Penn Crosland; and his daughter Miriam C. Fullam. He is survived by: his children, David B. Crosland III of Salisbury, Lila C. Schadler of Concord and Anne Garrett C. Diaz (Dennis) of Mint Hill; his grandchildren, David Drake Jr. (Kristie), Ben Drake (Shae Walden), Josh, Seth Diaz, Adrianna McCarty (Austin), Timothy Fullam, Matthew Schadler (Chasidy), Mary Morris Ferguson (Bob), Bailey Anne Schadler, Clare and Bailey Crosland; his sister Lou C. Overcash of Waxhaw, NC; his sister-in-law Flo Starnes; his niece Anne Mitchell of Concord; his nephew Doug Starnes (Alison); his brother-in-law George Penn (Dixie); and his nieces, Vaughan, Elaine, Elizabeth and Georgeanna Penn. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
