She was predeceased by: her parents, Doris Childers Scruggs and Odis Scruggs. She is survived by: her sons, Scott Little (Susanne) and Doug Little; her siblings, Vicki Howze and Bo Scruggs (Georgette); her grandchildren, Kaleb Little (Kelci), Chris Little and Makenna Little; and her great grandchild Dakota Little.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorials be made to Make-a-Wish, 6324 Fairview Rd #500, Charlotte, NC 28210, a cause close to Charlotte's heart.
