It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Jo McRorie of Concord, North Carolina, who passed away on November 16, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Silver Joe Boyd and Maxine Lefler Boyd; and her brother Michael Boyd. She is survived by: her husband Wayne McRorie of Concord; her daughter Deborah Hughes; her grandchildren, Kristen Hatley Boyd (Jason) and Brad Cook (Sammie); her great grandchild Kaycin Boyd; her siblings, Greg Boyd, Gail Huneycutt (Don), Sylvia Nolan (Bill), Vickie Craig (Danny) and Beverly Weaver (Bill); and her aunt Faye Davis.
