He was predeceased by: his father James Brice Stowe; and his sister Lorene "Sis" Goble. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn F. Stowe; his son Allen Stowe; his granddaughter Lindsey Walters (Wilson); his great grandchildren, Erin and Branson; and his siblings, Roy Stowe (Shelia) and Ann Ray. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
