He was predeceased by: his mother Edna Mauldin Kepley; his children, Ginger Camaline Kepley and Christopher Bartley Kepley; and his close friend Gene Isenhour. He is survived by: his wife Elaine McMurry Kepley; his sisters, Winifred Kepley Ballard and Kathy Lee Kepley Sides; his nephews, Andrew Ross Sides and Charles Dean Ballard; his niece Patrice Lynn Ballard; and his aunt Ann Mauldin Kepley.
