He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Coyt Cochran and Betty Overcash Cochran; and his sister Sandy Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Linda Kluttz Cochran; his daughter Jessica Tate (Travis); his grandchildren, Braxton and Baylor; and his siblings-in-law, Pat Horton (Joe) and Danny Kluttz (Brenda). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
