She was predeceased by: her parents, William O. Beam and Roxanna F. Beam; her husband Charles Hilton; and her siblings, Clarence, William, Leon, Raymond, Carl, Robert Beam, Dorothy Harple and Myra Thomas.
She is survived by: her daughters, Terri Gro and Kenni Doyle (Michael) of Concord, NC; her grandsons, Salvatore Costanzo (Erika) of Pittsburgh, PA, Joseph Gro (Seychelles) of Homestead, FL, Sean Doyle of Atlanta, GA and Cameron Doyle of Williamsburg, VA; her great grandchildren, Kacie Costanzo, Lexi Costanzo, Charles Gro and Kara Gro; and her sister Pauline Kenworthy. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
