She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas E. Smith; and her siblings, Gail Sloop of Phyllis Smith and Wallace Smith. She is survived by: her sons, Charles "Chuck" W. Hatley (Judy McCord), Daniel A. Hatley (Kathy) and Charles "Chip" R. Hatley (Margaret); her significant other Warren Burris; her grandchildren, Daniel Hatley Jr. (Jessica), Sarah Hatley (Jason Brown) and Melissa Craven (Shannon); and her great grandchildren, Jackson Thomas Hatley, Layla Beth Brown and Bennett Chase Hatley.
