He is survived by: his sister Betty Ruth DeCell of New Orleans, LA; his children, Billy Edward Kluttz Jr. of Freiburg, Carolyn Kluttz (Steve) of Charlotte, NC and Edward Charles Kluttz (Pat) of Concord, NC; and his grandchildren, Billy Edward Kluttz III, Edward Charles Kluttz III and Ella Marie Smoak.
