With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Barbara Searing of Concord, North Carolina, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Barbara left this world on November 23, 2024 at the age of 82, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jean Miller Gorsline and Albert Gorsline; her brother Bruce Gorsline; and her sister-in-law Vange Gorsline. She is survived by: her husband Charles Michael "Mike" Searing; her daughters, Robin Elizabeth Riemersma and Christie Jean Searing; her siblings-in-law, Carol Gillham, Robert Gillham and Linda Pascale; and her nieces and nephews, Dawn Gorsline, Melissa Perez (Richie), Robbie Gorsline (Emily), Adam Gorsline, Robert Charles Gillham (Sophia) and Timothy Gillham. She is also survived by great nieces, greats nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM at the Wilkinson Funeral Home (100 Branchview Dr NE, Concord, NC 28025). A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
