She was predeceased by: her son Keith W. Cook; her grandson Christopher Cook Childers; her parents, Virginia Coleman Garver Beaver and Kinnie W. Garver; and her sister Shirley Garver Rakes.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy Cook and Kim Cook; her grandchildren, Jessica Cook (Justin Woodell), Aaron Cook, Sarah Johnson (Cole Johnson) and Jordan Cline; her sons-in-law, Ken Criffield and Vincent Cline; her brothers, John Garver (Sandy Garver), Tommy Garver (late Carolyn Garver) and Mike Garver (Faye Garver); and her nephew Winecoff. She is also survived by cousins, nieces.
