It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alfred W Sumlin (Concord, North Carolina), who passed away on April 15, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee Sumlin and Betsy Brown Sumlin; and his siblings, Robert "Rocky" Sumlin, Linda Louise Sumlin Propst, Yvonne Sumlin and Beatrice Looney.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Louise Sumlin; his brother Sylvester Cruise; his children, Mary Chambers (Mont) of Kannapolis, Diane Moser of Kannapolis, Frank Moser Jr. of Concord, Corey Moser of Lexington and Corvey Moser (Melissa) of Kannapolis; and his niece Randi Smotherson. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
