He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Lee and Faye Baker Fulton. He is survived by: his siblings, Roy C. Fulton of Kelford, Wanda Drewry (Tim) of Como and Sherry Spence (Eddie Spence, Sr.) of Como. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
