He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Edward Eure, Sr. and Lucy Howell Eure; his wife Linda Wright Eure; his sons, John Lyles Eure, II (Melody Cutchin) of Ahoskie, Jake Trenton Eure (April) of Franklin, VA and David Raymond Anankin of Como; his siblings, Juanita Bohlander, Frances Byrum, Margaret Smith, Hannah Futrell, Joyce Byrum and Joseph Edward Eure, Jr.; and his grandson John Lyles "T. J.".
