He is survived by: his wife Connie Grizzard Riddick; his children, Melundy Vandiford and Robert Edwards; his grandchildren, Bridgette Sawyer (Eric), Brittany Vandiford and Jonathan Edwards; and his great grandchildren, Brooklynn and Kohlton Sawyer.
