She is survived by: her sons, Gary B. Richardson and Steven E. Richardson of Virginia Beach; her grandchildren, Sheri E. Shearer and Steven E. Richardson, Jr.; and her siblings, Janice Scott, Barbara Redd, Glenda Carr and Benjamin Bracey.
