We are sad to announce that on July 8, 2022, at the age of 88, Robert Richard Ratcliffe III MD of Columbus, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert R. Ratcliffe II and Ruth Porter Ratcliffe; his sisters, Judy Ratcliffe Wilson and Joan Ratcliffe Mialik; his former wife Cynthia Thompson of Durham, NC; his children, Robert IV, Armour and Andrew Morgan Ratcliffe; and his wife Judy. He was also cherished by three children and has one stepson.
Memorial donations may be made to the Samaritan Fund at Tryon Estates, to Foothills Humane Society, or a charity of donor's choice.
