It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Rothrock of Columbus, North Carolina, born in Yates City, Illinois, who passed away on November 20, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David William and Harriett Ware Mathews; her husband Wallace Dale Rothrock; and her siblings, Harriett Mathews Eckstein, Katherine Mathews Buzby and Richard Mathews. She is also survived by children but is survived by 14 nieces and nephews.
