She was predeceased by: her brother Dacus Lee Mahaffey; her husband Pharis Emerson Scoggin; and her parents, Roy Mahaffey and Donia Mahaffey. She is survived by: her children, Faith Glaser (Bob), Daniel and David Scoggin; and her grandson Dustyn Scoggin. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and thirteen great-grandchildren.
