He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Harris Ruppe Jett of Columbus, NC; his children, Charlotte Michelle Jett Silver (Alan) and Carter Bradley Jett; his stepsons, Myron Ruppe (Renee) of Rutherfordton, NC and Alan Ruppe (Rhonda) of Statesville, NC.; his grandchildren, Portia and Jackson Silver; and his stepgranddaughter Taylor Ruppe.
