With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Joyce Skipper Neely of Columbus, North Carolina, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Garner Skipper, Sr. and Bernice Wilson Skipper; and her siblings, Garner Skipper, Jr., Preston Skipper, Emma Lou Ford, Adelina Fowler, Mildred McDaniel and Sue Toney.
She is survived by: her daughters, Denise Orr (Russell) of Woodruff and Donna Williams of Columbus; and her grandsons, Christopher Orr, Daniel Orr and Jacob Williams.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:45 PM at the McFarland Funeral Chapel (54 McFarland Dr, Tryon, NC 28782). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
